Nikkita founded Nikkita Sethi Law in 2020. She specializes in criminal law and has significant experience working in various other areas of law, including real estate, immigration, family & wills & estates.
Nikkita holds a Bachelors in Law (LL.B. Hons) degree from the University of Law in Birmingham, United Kingdom. Prior to this, she completed her Bachelors in Commerce (B.Comm) at Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario.
Nikkita articled for a leading criminal law firm in Toronto and has worked on a number of high-profile cases, such as murder cases, drugs & trafficking, robbery, assault and other criminal matters. Additionally, Nikkita also worked for a highly respected North York law firm, where she worked on various family law matters.
She is now practicing as a sole practitioner in Vaughan, Ontario and handles matters of criminal law, real estate law, immigration law, family law, wills & estates.
Nikkita focuses on her clients while taking a result driven approach. Not only does she sympathize with her clients she is also committed on helping her clients succeed.
